Is there any particular reason Trend Micro lists the download link for the program as a "High" security risk? Or is this just trend micro freaking out over nothing?

I'm not sure, but when I tried to download it, McAfee removed the downloader as soon as it entered my temporary files thinking it was a Trojan. I had to disable my security to download it fully, and am still not sure if it'll work since i haven't restarted my computer yet after the install.
Hmm...If it weren't for the fact that I can't let this computer get messed up, I would just turn trend off (yes I know trend isn't the best, but my school gives it away free).
So, does anyone know how bad of a risk the program is, or is it nothing? I'm suprised wizards hasn't done anything about this yet, even if it's just to remove the bother from users. (if they know about it at all)
Educated guess:
Because the "link" downloads an executable file - and that executable further launches a program that then checks the internet for more files the Heuristics inspecition portion of those software are red-flagging the program as a risk. That's security software's job - assume the worst whenever it sees "fishy" behavior.
However, the *actual* risk? I'd estimate to be near-nil. This software doesn't open up any holes in your security (no open ports for inbound traffic, for example).
While it's wise to be careful and smart to ask questions - in this case I'd say the antivirus software's warnings is/are unwarranted.
