Character Builder not handling racial variant options properly?

So, I started building a character for Encounters earlier today, and I'm hitting a snag.  When I try to build a Wood Elf and give him the Wood Elf variant options (reactive stealth and sense threat), my character sheet continues to print with elven accuracy and group awareness.  Is there a workaround for this issue?

I was having the same issue making a human Wizard. It refuses to let me pick Bonus At-Will power.

When I tried to reproduce, Group Awareness does drop off the character sheet, and it does add Reactive Stealth and Sense Threat to the racial features. Elven Accuracy remains on the sheet. It looks like this is a bug. The only "workaround" I can think of is to X Elven Accuracy off of the page on which it appears, since everything else shows up correctly.

When making a human anything using the Encounters season as your campaign, you will be unable to select the third at-will power. Using the Encounters season (or the "New" button) will limit you to the options found in Heroes of the Fallen Lands, Heroes of the Forgotten Kingdoms and the additional books specifically allowed for the Season (in this case, Neverwinter). As the only human power option available in those books is Heroic Effort, you will not be able to select the third at-will.

If your DM allows the third at-will (it never hurts to ask, I've allowed it at my table), you will need to remake the character using the Custom button and Home campaign. After you select Human, you will need to go back to the "Select Race" button, and de-select Heroic Effort. You should then be able to choose between the third at-will and Heroic Effort.

Similarly, when selecting Moon Elf variants, it adds longbow proficiency and the new skill bonuses, but does not remove the standard skill bonuses or disable eladrin education. (So you get BOTH for free! Yeah!)
Also, it has all skills as selectable (as it should for eladrin education) but for all of the class skill choices as well.
