Character Builder not working

Jun 03, 2013 16:47:44		I'm no longer a subscriber.  My old computer is dying.  I tried transferring my Character Builder to my new computer, but now it won't open.  I get a message saying: The handle is invalid.

Can anyone help?

Jun 04, 2013 10:33:32 		IIRC saving the Offline Character Builder files onto a different computer without downloading it doesn't work.

Unfortunatly, the link to download it is no longer provided with a DDi subscription since it transferred to an Online Character Builder model.
