#1 koruptdeath Jun 24, 2009 21:59:40	Short version because I'm tired and pretty upset that this stuff isn't working. I purchased a DDI subscription and tried to update the character builder. After 4-5 "servers are down for maintenance" errors the updater started telling me that "maximum installation limit" was met and refused to give me patch access. I looked through the FAQ and nothing useful turned up. I think it's pretty ridiculous how willing you guys are to take our money but not give us anything in return. (The payment went through fine)

Try going to the following thread and following the instructions in the 1st post: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1141698 As for "exceeding" the number of updates, you can contact Customer Service and explain to them what happened, and they will let you have more updates. You use your forums log in to log into that site, and then choose the "Email Us" tab. Choose "Roleplaying Games">"D&D Insider>Character Builder>Technical support, and tell them what you need.
