Character builder startup problem

Jan 06, 2009 16:28:21		It was working fine last night but now it prompts 'http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/app/cbbeta' value cannot be assigned to property 'Source' of object 'System.Windows.Controls.Frame'. Error creating the Web Proxy specified in the 'system.net/defaultProxy' configuration section. Error at object 'system.Windows.Controls.Frame' in markup file 'WPFBbuilder;component/mainwindow.xaml

Im thinking i erased something important when i cleared my desktop and will reinstall later today. Or is a bug that is being fixed?

Jan 06, 2009 23:35:40 		I had thi same error when running from a non-admin account. I posted about it, but have yet to receive a response.
