Character Builder Suggestion

Jul 07, 2009 10:44:46 As a DM, one of the things I use the Character Builder for is to print out cards for Magic Items that hand out as treasure. My players really enjoy it and get excited when I start handing out these cards.

In order to do this, I have created a character named "Magic Item Tester" which I then go to the equipment page and load up with the magic items I want to hand out.

When I go to print the sheet, I have to print the entire character. I can't just print his equipment, which is what I would want to do.
I can print the last page through my print driver, but some times it does not have all the cards and it's not as elegant and just having some check boxes that would allow us to print:
[ ] Front Page of the Character Sheet
[ ] Second Page of the Character Sheet
[ ] Characters Powers
[ ] Characters Equipment

Also, I would love to hand out Rituals on cards. Any thoughts of adding Rituals to cards as well?

Jul 07, 2009 11:37:37 It is possible to print just the power/item cards. Just look where it allows you to print selection or a page range and have it print just the page you want. Power/item cards usually appear starting on page three.

Jul 07, 2009 11:45:40 You can also right click on a power card and choose hide to make it dissapear.

This is a new feature with the build that comes out in an hour or two.
