#1 Talaeden_Denthiir Feb 10, 2011 2:34:03	The recent update actually impressed me.  I was pleasently surprised, but... I can deal with the bugs, the slowness, and the lack of content, but do us a favor and let me load the dang thing! No, I'm not getting a white backround.  The backround is fine, but that's all it is, a backround! No timer count, no nothing, just a Beepin' backround! No, i don't want my money back, i want the dang thing to work. So please WotC, do us a favor and let us at least load the character builder so we can use it! By the way if it matters I was just trying to create a hybrid runepriest... WotC Defender/Apologist Quickily turning into something horribly antithetical because of 'New' CB... ***end rant** P.S. Anyone else experience this and know how to fix it?
#2 mudbunny Feb 10, 2011 9:51:22	I have never experienced that, but here are my suggestions: 1 - Have you tried CTRL-reload page (F5 usually??) 2 - Shut down browser, restart. (making sure to log out of DDI before you shut down) 3 - Restart your computer. (POssible that an update is in porocess on your computer that needs computer to be restarted in order to finish.) Failing that, contact WotC CS with a description of the problem.
