#1 logan459 May 28, 2010 22:27:11	Having a problem with the Charccter Builder and thought I might get an answer faster here than with tech support, so here goes. The Builder was working fine before dinner.  Now, when I try to load it, I get the following error message: Configuration system failed to initialize I've tried the "repair" tab on the load screen with the same results.  I've tried to re install it from the web site, same results. Any advice?
#2 mudbunny May 31, 2010 8:18:29	Silly questions, but you *have* tried shutting down the computer and starting it up again? If that fails, I would suggest trying to resinstall it, given that there is another update coming in the next week. If you don't want that, contact WotC CS. They are usually pretty quick for getting back to people.
