#1 malcolm__rc Feb 01, 2011 20:02:57	It's been a whie since I've tried to use the character builder.  When I tried today, I got the following message Your session has timed out. Do you want to log in again? Choices were Ok and Cancel. Clckc ok- it just did the same thing click cancel- just stays on the loading data page forever (or at least an hour, last time I checked). I have tried two different computer, running two different operating systems.  Any ideas?

I have tried two different computer, running two different operating systems.  Any ideas? uh... empty your cache... install the latest version of Silverlight... contact customer service and ask for a supervisor three times... then complain loudly and threaten to cancel your subscription and get your money back... Usually they move pretty quickly on that...
