#1 whytelyte Jan 08, 2012 9:59:26	So I bought the D&D Insider subscription and started playing with the character creator.  It's broken in so many ways I don't even know where to start. * My characters I created are no longer there. * Once I load a character, I can't do anything else. It will only show "Processing..." in the corner if I try to create a new one. * I had to scour the Internet to find that I have to set my locale to US on my Mac otherwise it will just be stuck on Loading... forever. That in itself is a game breaker. * Have to restart the whole application whenever I want to make changes to a character. * The webpage for "Forgot password" is broken, 404 error when trying to sign into D&D Insider. Perhaps playing the game less and doing more work is a solution. I don't know but right now I feel absolutely robbed of my money. I can't use the application and I'm not interested in the bundle which I'm sure Wizards will use as a motivation to keep my money. How often does this crap get updated and is there any hope this will work in the near future as advertised? While waiting I have no other option but to tell my invited friends to stay the hell away.

You are most likely suffering from silverlight 5.  It is all over these forums to uninstall SL 5 ASAP.  The CB and MB are both broken in SL 5.  Get SL 4 and happy gaming.  If you have done this and are still having other problems, feel free to request more help.
#3 warrl Jan 08, 2012 17:04:49	Also, even when it's working right the opening screen contains two useful buttons and a trap. The trap is the thing that looks like a "New" button. Avoid it. Instead click the "Custom" button. Then on the next screen, click "D&D Home Campaign".
