where do I download the full app?
I suscribed to D&D insider, but I still can't level characters past lvl 3. Help? I tried downloading the update, but it didn't work. It says I don't have access to that application.
I'm not sure how much help I will be, but I will try to steer you in the right direction.
Did you sign up under a different e-mail account (for example, I have two e-mail accounts one at yahoo, the other at gmail. My Insider subscription is under the gmail account).
The main reason I ask this is because the account on which you asked this question is not currently an Insider account (you would have a dragonish swoosh under you name if it was).
Check the e-mail under which you subscribed, you should have received a confirmation e-mail. When you have found your confirmation, you will know which e-mail you need to log in with in order to get the updates. There should also be a customer service e-mail link in that same confirmation e-mail.
