Character Sheet Viewer Crashes - "The File Exists"

Whenever I try and view the character sheet of any character built in the CB, the character sheet viewer never comes up, and I just get the typical Windows error box with the error "The File Exists". This is one of the least useful errors I have ever seen. I've reinstalled the CB and .net and neither changes anything. I get this error on all levels of characters both before and after updating the CB, even the example characters don't function.
