| #1vampire_biten69May 27, 2009 1:36:36 | does any one know when the Character Visualizer, Dungeon BUilder, and Game table will be finished and up for use? |
| #2PaulonMay 27, 2009 2:01:38 | It's generally assumed, but not officially confirmed, that the dungeon builder is effectively going to be a component of the Campaign Tools that are the new current project. There is absolutely no timeframe for when it's going to be released. We have been told that the he character visualizer and the game table are no longer being worked on, and won't be considered for further development until the campaign tools are done. They haven't been officially announced to be canceled, but it's highly unlikely that they're going to be out anytime within the next year or two, if ever. |

I haven't seen anything short of Poser, WoW model viewer, and other 3D modeling programs for making 3D models. There is HeroMachine - it's not D&D focused, but it's a 2D image construction tool. It's acceptable, if a little goofy. |

The character builder is great, before I canceled my account, I built a ton of 5th level characters. When wotc releases the new tools, I'll re-subscribe. |
