CharTracker Crash

Aug 10, 2009 1:00:07		I recently downloaded the D&D Character Builder and created a couple of characters. Later, when I went to open the characters with the Character Viewer, instead of being greeted with a character sheet, the program merely froze and after a minute I was informed that CharTracker had crashed.

System Information:
OS: Windows Vista 32 bit.
RAM: 2.0 GB
Graphics: nVidia 8800 GTS

I do have .NET 3.5.

Any ideas on what could be causing this crash? Any information will help.
