Cheracter builder Error 'Template not found'

Nov 17, 2010 2:36:49 I cant load the builder, in either IE or firefox. It gets to the PLEASE WAIT, Loading data screen and then dumps a large silverlight error message with Template not found at the top.

Any ideas?

I wonder if the online CB will be 'down' a lot (while the techs are fixing all the glitches and such)? I mean more than simple maintenance. Lot of work, glad it's not me. My only concern is that I'm (currently) paying for it.

Only problem with that is the lack of DS support...

Not really. Think of this as the free beta testing that comes with the same subscription you had last month that still grants you Dungeon, Dragon, Monster Builder, and Compendium. (The offline CB still works just like it did three days ago.)

I had this error in trying to do so and I can't seem to load characters from the old builder with these feats.

Thanks for the helpful and insightful answer...... from the person who hasn't tried it. I can only assume since you don't have DDI

i haven't had that problem yet. I did get that error once. It did freeze up 3 times when I used for about 30mins. I came back a hour later and that problem was gone.

My only big problem is it's kinda of slow and I am still learning how it works

Nov 20, 2010 2:48:21 Hey, don't complain. At my house the CB takes 3-5 minutes to load then crashes right after I try to pick a class.
