#1 willfuqua Jun 19, 2008 3:27:39	My notebook computer's screen is going crazy on me, so I'm going to be buying a new one. I really want to make sure that the notebook I choose will be able to play the Virtual Table Top software. I'm trying to be frugal on this notebook really. #2 psk20 Jun 20, 2008 3:36:46	If you're buying this laptop mainly for D&D, then one question I'd have is: are you planning on using the virtual table app in an actual in-person game of D&D (as a replacement for physical minis) or to play on the net? I bought a Dell Inspiron 1520 earlier this year and am pretty happy with it. But if I were to buy a laptop to play in-person d&d with, I'd consider getting a tablet PC. That way I can turn the screen around and put it in the center of the table. Hopefully (!) the software will work well with this kind of set-up.
