#1 rmohrfun Feb 05, 2009 14:58:39	I just created my character in the Character Builder. Rogue 9th Level 18 dex, +2 Short Sword. The tool calculates my attack modifier for this power as +9 not +13 like my other "Dexterity vs AC" attacks. As I see it, it would be: +4 for my level +2 for my short sword +4 for my Dexterity modifier +3 for Proficiency bonus. The tool is omitting my dexterity modifier.
