Is it just me or is Diabolic Strategem, the warlord level 1 encounter attack exploit from Dragon 369's Class Acts: Warlord missing from the character builder? Maybe I'm missing something? Are we only supposed to get the Barbarian and the Gladiator feats from that issue? If so I hope the full subscriber-only version of the CB includes all the powers from that article. I have a player that just happened to want to play a halberd-wielding tiefling warlord and I'd like her to be able to use the CB with those powers.
