Class Acts: Druids is no longer on the Content Calendar, but it's still on the Table of Contents for Dragon 389. It used to be set for this Friday. Are we really going that long between articles that aren't previews or Design and Development?

Also, the Table of Contents lacks links to all of the articles which have already been posted for the month, and I can't get a cover image to load either.

It's possible they caught something that would have been a problem and decided to yank it before people started using it and complaining.

It actually hasn't been up there for a while now, just that it has appeared on the calendar.  When articles around it could be downloaded by guessing the URL, it couldn't be, unless it had some strange small change in the URL from other Class Acts articles.

I assume that it never went up because they failed to complete it in-time.

Ah, too bad, just leveled up my Druid to 13th and was hoping for another encounter power to choose from for Tuesday.  Hope it makes it into this months magazine!

I know it won't do much, but ...

PLEASE no beast form powers.  Throw the Guardians a bone even though we won't go into wild shape to gnaw on it.

I'm assuming the article will be in the August issue instead?  If nothing else, I'm just hoping that this article offers a fix for beast form AC.  Actually, two fixes for AC; one to make up for the fact that Druid's can't increase their AC through shields, Staff Fighting, or Hafted Defense (albeit that last one is controversial, and as far as I know it's not in errata or a FAQ, just a CustServ interpretation), and another to make Swarm Druids actually viable.  I'm not asking for the ridiculous AC values that pre-HAE errata allowed, but something that makes Paragon and Epic Swarm Druids viable as secondary defenders would be nice.  I hate that my favorite class still only has 2 viable builds even after Primal Power (Summoner isn't an actual build option, even if it is pretty cool).

If nothing else, at least we'll get a new build in the Essentials book.

And it appears that the Guilds and Groups article (Circle of Smoke and Whispers) was removed in its place. I hope that it gets added back to the schedule as well, but there's only so many days left in the month.

On the bright side, the links are up on the Table of Contents, and the magazine's cover is also working (and looks really awesome).

Yeah, it's up.  Non-beast-form got the shaft, AGAIN.

The D&D Play Report for this month was removed from the Content Calendar on the day it was supposed to come out. Right now, the D&D Alumni column also shows up as a broken link. I'm really hoping it gets fixed during the day. It's already been a thin month; losing two more columns from the non-mechanics side won't help matters.

I could get it from the main page:

Guilds & Groups had to be bumped because of production issues. It will appear next Tuesday, August 3.

There will be no D&D Play Report this month. It turns out that all the things Chris wanted to write about were on the list of things that others further up the chain want held in reserve to be unveiled at Gencon.
