#1 ird Mar 01, 2009 21:25:50	I want to use the character builder to make npc with class levels including monsters with class levels. I want to do it using the rules in DM's guide picking the highest encounter, daily and utilty powers. does anyone know if the character builder will support that use? Or does anyone know how to set up the builder to only print some powers and not all so I can use less ink?
