I can't seem to find the domain powers options in the character builder after updating.. I have leveled a cleric character all the way to level 12 with no options to pick from. Where would I be able to pick a domain then ? thank you for your help.

First, make sure you have chosen a deity. Next, in the feat section, look for Divinity Feats. That is where you will select a domain feat to get a new Channel Divinity power from the domain.

Edit : Only certain deities give access to domains, Amaunator does not. Thanks for helping me out ^^

There is an article later on this month with Domains for Eberron & Forgotten Realms deities.

That kind of bites. So, as a cleric of Tempus I just have to wait. Too bad they couldn't have customized this somehow...

I could select another deity as a temporary fix, but would then lose access to my other divinity feat. Bad.

Gah... that means we won't see it in the CB for some deities until OCTOBER's update.

yep pretty much, i took amaunator as my deity and unfortunatly i cannot pick from his domains until october IF they add that specific deities domains into the builder. As another poster stated I could pick another deity in the meantime, however I would lose a nifty divinity power, plus the RP would suffer because of it. Too bad for us I suppose =/

Possible work around: 1) Switch to the PHB/Divine Power god that allows the domain you want (e.g. if you want to worship Selune and the Moon domain, select Sehanine); 2) go to feat selection and chose the domain you want; 3) go back and switch your deity to the one you want.

If it works the way I expect it to, the domain feat will still be there, but will show up as houseruled.

Thanks, I'll try that.

You can click or right click the little H (Houserules) on the head of the Feat Tab. There you'll see a menu, choose Show Illegal Elements. Then select and choose your feat! That's it! The only issue is that the program is going to label your character a houseruled one. (That's not an issue at all, is it? ;) )

Also, since we have been told (for LFR) that the LFR deity is equivalient to the PHB deity for taking channel divinity feats, I assumed that meant for the domain feats as well, so if you worship Amaunator, then you can pick the domain/divinity feats for Pelor. Your character will be labelled as houseruled (because the people who made the update didn't consult with anyone about it, I bet) but it should be legal, according to the LFR Character Creation Guide v1.9.

really ? well thats comforting at some level at least. I'll be sure to mention this to my dm to see if he would be willing to let me choose from the domains of Pelor if I so choose until the ones for Amaunator are implemented. Thank you very much ^^
