Is there a way of grouping the power cards from several characters on 1 sheet without loosing quality? Because i want to print the at-will powers of all character in my group on green paper, the encounter powers on red, and so on. But using foxit print to pdf and then cutting them out and pasting them into word does some horrible things to the quality. I Used a "mule" character for all the equipment and yellow paper, which only messed up the basic attack stats that are on some item cards, but how can i do something similar?

Don't use word.  It does horrible things to images when you resize them.  Good start with the PDF printer though!

Get yourself a nice photoshop variant* and then crop the frames you want and paste them in a blank file.
Save, then print!  Easy!

*I prefer GIMP, but Paint.NET is another popular choice;  Both are freeware, and I know for a fact that GIMP can read PDF files.  I do that all the time.
