Combat Virtuoso & Damage

My 11th level Bard, with Paragon Multiclassing, has the Barbarian's Daring Charge (level 3) power and the Artificer's Power Gale-Force infusion (level 7) power.

The Combat Virtuoso Feat means I "can use Charisma for the power's attack rolls", but I "still determine damage normally." The damage for Daring Charge is "2[W] + Strength modifier (+2) damage." Similarly, for Gale Force Infusion the damage is "1d10 + Intelligence modifier (+0) damage."

My calculations give damage of 2d8 + 4 (+ 2 from a Harsh Songblade and + 2 from Strength) and 1d10 + 2 (+ 2 from a Star of Corellon). However, on the character sheet the damage is given as 2d8 + 8 and 1d10 + 8. Therefore, it seems that it is using my Charisma (+ 6) to calculate damage.

Though this is great for my character I'd rather play fair! So my question is am I being stupid and missing something? Or is this a bug and the damage on the character sheet is wrong?

I can't really help you with your damage question. Yeah, it seems like the character builder messed up.

Let me ask in return, did the character builder actually give you the paragon multiclassing option? I just made a lvl16 bard that's paragon multiclassed into ranger but ended up houseruling all off the paragon multiclass stuff onto the sheet because I couldn't figure out how to do anything else.

Also, I've got combat virtuoso but had a different problem. All of my ranger power cards calculate attack and damage with strength rather than attack with charisma and damage with strength.

I tried a ranger paragon path but the powers still work off strength, which is a real shame. Of course this could be RAW - the PP is only available because of the multiclass feat but it isn't a power from another class. Shame if that's the case.

It did. Had you met the prerequisites? i.e. the character builder only offered paragon multiclassing as an option when Novice Power, Acolyte Power and Adept Power had all been selected as feats before lvl11. Also, though I don't know if this should/would make any difference, by lvl11 I had already multiclassed into warlord and barbarian.
