Bug: Framarth, Duergar Theurge does not receive the +2 to saves for being elite.

I attempted several times to submit a bug report via the Compendium bug report page (as I have done in the past) and it failed each time. Enough, say I, for 1:20 AM. ;)

There was some server down-time this morning.  You should be able to submit this bug through the normal channels now.

Just to be a nice guy, I submitted this one, though it wouldn't hurt for you to submit it yourself too.

This system is fracked. There is no reason I should have a log-in for the Wizards help site that's different from the DDI log in, especially since I can get to the help site from the Compendium I'm already logged into. It's almost like Wizards does not want the bug reports.

I've filed bug reports before, it's just hyper-annoying.
