#1 Mortani Feb 28, 2009 11:06:41	To simplify some record keeping, I have been embedding direct URL links to the Compendium for things like Magic items gained etc such as the following. http://www.wizards.com/dndinsider/compendium/item.aspx?id=193 They still work, but always prompt for a login, making it a bit tedious, and I can't figure out how to get the direct link to an item any longer with the new interface. Anyone see something I'm missing?
#2 whitebaron Feb 28, 2009 11:32:48	seems to me they entered something like referrer-checking or session-checking. is the item you are linking to something that should be free content? http://www.wizards.com/dndinsider/compendium/race.aspx?id=6 because some other stuff works for me like that...
#3 Mortani Feb 28, 2009 11:37:35	Well, actually while playing with it, I just figured it out. If you right click a link and choose to "Copy Link Location" at least in Firefox, it works. What was throwing me off was the way it would show you the power without changing the URL in the address bar which is where I was getting from before.
