#2 kenjoon Nov 30, 2011 11:51:21	Is there any particular reason that it shouldn't have that information? .... unlike the whole themes thing, I don't think that anyone has complained about it recently.   I thought when they went to "Essentials" they either were moving away from "Tiers" or did away with them entirely.  Feats now scale and thus don't have a "Tier" requirement.  Old feats havn't recieved errata and thus may still have those requirements, but such feats are "depricated" (obsolete) anyway.

They didn't. Heck, HotF has some racial feats with 11th level as a requirement. They just decided to have less feats that did the same thing, and so would scale at the tier switchs. It's something that is still in character builder. For example, you can't give a witch a beholderkin familar (paragon tier), which I think is sad.
