Is this still the plan? If so, where does one go to purchase said? There was announced a plan to sell back issues for about 3.00 USD, however that plan has not been implemented. Last news on this is that they hope to get that up soon, but not ready yet.

#4 Nemo_the_Lost Dec 11, 2008 9:42:03	I've got a revision of my original question: I'm asking for $60 for Christmas, specifically earmarked for DDI (because there's no way I'm spending my own money on this thing yet). I have some particular interest in the content of Dragon issues 369 and 370. Are these back issues available for purchase by subscribers? Or have they just vanished into the Great Dark? Or, in a best-case scenario, have they remained available for free download while Wizards gets their ducks in a row? Any feedback from current subscribers or WotC folk would be appreciated.

That would almost make up for the lack of a physical copy. At the moment, yes you can do that. However they are planning to eventually remove this loophole.
