#1 borgman Jan 08, 2010 0:41:49	my computer crashed and broke my character builder, when i try running the program it says there is an instalation error, ive used up my upgrades for the month because its happedned a few times, am i just out of luck till the 15th? also i tried going to the customer service page it wont work for me right now.

Please try using the "Email Us" tab to contact Customer Service regarding your issues with updates and the installation error. Hope this help
