Did they explain at some point when/why they were no longer linking Dragon and Dungeon articles on the Content Calendar?  Seems kind of weird.

(Just to preempt it: miscellaneous dig about how it's not really content so why would it go on the Content Calendar?)

Yes.  They no longer want to be held to a daily schedule.  Instead, Bart Carroll posts a weekly schedule on his blog, and the Table of Contents for each magazine shows their monthly schedule.

Well, the weekly schedules have been going on for months.  This is the first month they haven't linked the articles from the Content Calendar once they came out.  Take a look through the May-April calendars... all the articles are linked.

People are likely using the calendar less, because its a horrible indicator for content under the new style, unless you wait till later and come back. WoTC realized it can be lazier, therefore increase "quality", by axing making it even less useful.

I know i used to have the calendar favourited and used it, more than the home page, made dodging the stupid add "popups" that arent a popup easier. Now i dont even look at it.
