Copy/paste still impossible -- despite claim to the contrary in the release notes

Mar 16, 2012 0:54:47		In the release notes for the most recent version of the online monster builder, one of the issues they claim they addressed is:  "Players want ability to copy entire monster to paste into other applications."  

They didn't fix this, and that is far and away the most fundamental problem with the monster builder.  It is more or less entirely worthless without this feature (or alternatively an export feature).

I asked customer service why they claim they fixed this when they in fact did not.  I received this reply:  "I contacted the developers for you and it appears that the line you are referencing was added in error. We are not sure how or why that was listed in the release notes, but that feature was not added. Sorry for the confusion!"

They aren't that sorry for the confusion, of course, because the release notes still contain this erroneous claim.

This is beyond frustrating.
