Corellon's Boon of Arcane Might busted in Character Builder

In the Boon's menu of the Shop section, if you select any of Corellon's Boon of Arcane Might, you can choose which level one power you would like as your encounter power; you cannot choose which arcane encounter power you would like as your daily power. Was this deliberate. Do we have the power to choose ANY Arcane encounter power to be our item daily power? Or is it just busted?

As with all daily powers, you make the decisions when you activate the daily power.


So I think it is working as written.

I can choose "which" arcane encounter power I want to use when I activate the divine boon? I need to take this over to the guys on the character op boards to see how quickly someone can break the game with this interpretation.
