I've started recieving an error when pressing the Launch button in the character builder. I recieve a popup error message saying, "Character Builder has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Configuration system failed to initialize. Please tell Wizards of the Coast about this problem. etc...." Pressing Send Error resultes in another error in the send process. It says Preparing the error report (green checkmark) but has a red X next to Connecting to server. (ERR 2001: Configuration system failed to initialize_ Canceling that window results in a bunch of wierd symbols on another little error window which disappears very quickly. These errors are happening on a Windows XP Laptop. I think I was able to run the builder on the laptop after patching with the latest content *but I'm not sure). I have attempted to remove and reinstall/update the character builder which results in the same error.
