#1 regin_lyngsoe Mar 01, 2010 15:44:33	Our GM is pretty good at using the official magical items, but at times he makes his own, and at other times he uses magic properties on items that is not allowed due to the rules, when could we be able to truely home rule our characters in the Character Builder ? Would there be some kind of 3rd party program out there that is able to make the nessesary data files?
