If you are playing LFR the very 1st thing you should have ever downloaded and read was the Character Creation Guidelines. It is your bible basically for LFR. |

There hasn't been up-to-date CCG info in either character builder for some time, and there doesn't seem to be any way to set any form of preferences in the new one at all. You'll just have to read the Campaign Guide - that's the most up-to-date character creation info available. |

They are, they turned it to the community, and gives almost no support (the convention adventures, aka ADCP will still be released through them). The short answer is Encounters. |
