Custom Character Builder - For Commercial Campaign Settings

Jun 28, 2010 22:07:18		I can see the interest in preventing Character Builder not be entirely custom for everyone.  But is there any way WOTC can provide support to third party vendors and their campaign settings?

There are slight campaign setting changes for Freeport (Green Ronin\Expeditious Retreat).

Amethyst (Goodman Games) is extremely custom and therefore extremely hard to play without a lot of work.

Both settings are extremely rich and diverse especially compared to WOTC game settings.  I can't see how helping third party vendors could hurt WOTC sales especially if character generation is done through Character Builder.

Jul 03, 2010 18:25:18 		Ditto. Though, I must say that I would desire the ability for anybody to be able to imput their home-brew material into the builder, and use it with comparable functionality. As it stands, you "can" imput homebrew stuff, but its not really comparable.
