#2 Dragon9 Aug 14, 2010 21:46:34	In short, no.  Custom stuff in the CB is basically just text.  There's no way to "program" it to check pre-reqs assign bonuses, etc.  That's beyond what it is capable of.

And, if I may, because of the complex nature of allowing custom material in the manner it isn't likely to be created.  This isn't saying anything bad about WotC.  Implementing this would have to mean making an interface that quickly and easily deals with all common variables and dealing with special ones depending on what the item is.  As cool as that would be if they could do that, I sincerely doubt that they will spend the immense amount to time to create an entirely new interface within the CB to do this.  Especially if they truly are working on other tools.
