We might as well start playing with those Until the DDi Digital Tabletop becomes a reality. I've seen threads and boards like this one in quite a few sites already, after i found the sticky about Maptools i realized we could have one in here too! A few Guidelines first: Post your requests in this format: [Request] {System 4e, 3.5, 2e, etc} (Timezone) days/Availability: Start/End [LFG] Experienced Player {D&D 4e} (UTC -3) Weekends 1pm/11pm [LFP] Need 3 players {D&D 3.5} (UTC -5) Thursdays 10pm/4am Don't forget to include any relevant information like: Starting Levels Roles required House Rules Racial selection Campaign Information Players might make use of online tools or sites to share their character sheets for the DM, like: http://iplay4e.appspot.com/ or http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetindex.php (Other sites suggestions welcome) To anyone who isn't familiar with maptools i suggest looking at the tutorials at: http://www.rptools.net/index.php?page=tutorials Gametable is a good option as well http://gametable.galactanet.com/ (Other suggestions Welcome) I was pretty much inspired to give digital roleplaying a try after reading this post from the ChattyDM, a member of our community: http://chattydm.net/2008/11/16/chattys-online-dd-4e-game-genesis-of-the-project/ If the Digital Tabetop is coming we might as well be prepared right? And what better way to show the Devs our support and expectation for this tool than to create and establish a digital player community within the d&d official forums?
