D&D Character Builder: Cant Load JPG from Hard Drive

D&D Character Builder: Cant Load JPG from Hard Drive

 

I've tried for about 20 minuted to find a way to load a picture from the Hard Drive; specifically the pictures directory (Windows 7).

Typing in the path and hitting enter doesnt work.

Any ideas?
