Jul 14, 2012 19:38:39 Got a very important(to me it's important) question that i really hope the devs/makers of D&D will awnser:

When next comes out, will everything in insider be converted to next?
Will dungeon and dragon magazine be only released for next and all the old issues deleted from the site like with 3.5(can;t find 3.5 dungeon and dragons magazine anywhere).
Will the character builder only be usable for next characters?

PLEASE ANSWER THIS WIZARDS!? I BEG OF THEE!

Me and my friends are currently in a campaing going all the way to lvl 30( thats the way i wrote my story).
They are currently lvl 4.
We use the builder for our characters since it easier and quicker to use then writing powers out.

But i'm afraid that if the builder will be only for next we will have to switch to next mid campaign. And i'm not really comfortable with that.
I don't know of any other builders that work like this one/have all the powers, feats and items stored like this one.

So please devs, i need an anwser.

Or does anyone else have a builder that has all powers, feats, paragon paths, races, classes and items like this builder?
I really need an answer.

Jul 16, 2012 14:29:14 Nobody knows anything, maybe not even WotC. If I had to guess, I'd say there won't be any DDI for 5e at launch, and 4e stuff will be discontinued.

But who knows.

In that case: does anyone know any good character builders that contain the skills, feats and powers of 4th edition?
Or at least another good builder? One in which we can upload our characters from the DDI one?

Wizards never had 3.5 Dragon and Dungeon mags on the site. You want to go to the publisher, Paizo.com, if you want to purchase backissues.

Jul 27, 2012 21:58:44 The first four 'issues' in the digital format for each magazine were indeed 3.5 rather than 4E. They no longer seem to be available for download. They also never bothered compiling more than Dragon 360.
