#1 wotc_dm Dec 15, 2009 12:33:35	Data from the following published materials are new this month: Books Draconomicon: Metallic Dragons™ Miniatures Monster Manual: Savage Encounter™ Online Magazines Dragon® Issue 380 Dungeon® Issue 171 Debut  material from Player’s Handbook® 3 Ardent Class Character Builder New features -          Power cards can now show flavor text. Use the character sheet options menu to turn it on. -          The Character Builder now accepts the addition of custom languages. -          Background Page user Interface has been improved slightly. -          You can now select a body slot for custom items through a drop down menu. -          Fixed an issue with the weapons display on the power cards. For previous characters, you can reset the weapons display to the default using the Reset to Default option. -          Right click on the right panel for copy and paste options. -          The Quick Build button now allows using all the available content, and not just Player’s Handbook material. -          Holy symbols will now be added to the symbol body slot when double clicking on them. -          Power cards can now display flavor text, by using an option replacing the conditional effects information. -          Custom feats can now have a short description which shows up on the character sheet, in addition to their long description. -          A new power card will be added when you have an item from an item set. It will display the specific bonuses from the item set. -          The Skill page includes all your skills, and where they come from in the bottom window. -          Fixed various miscellaneous bugs. -          Random name will now select from all random names if a race does not have any default names in the books.

#5 kilpatds Dec 17, 2009 12:34:27	The Dragon updates are behind because of that delay a few months ago.  Er, kinda.  The only additional delay is the 2 week delay for the holidays.  The rest of the delay has always been there.  Wait for the compiliation, then 1 month for data entry, and then it will be in the next released version of the tools.  So December's Dragon content will be compiled at the end of December, put into the various DBs in January, and released in early (assuming they get back on track as promised) February. November's Dragon content will be put into the DBs in December, and released in mid January.

I haven't checked this yet.  Is either option available?  If not, which is it? There are multiple options available for where the flavor text is displayed, use the drop down menu to choose.
#7 ezwriter42 Dec 27, 2009 18:59:40	Ever since this update installed, the text in my Class / Path / Destiny Features box won't wrap on one of my characters.  All Features listed are limited to one line.  If the description of that feature is longer than one line, it cuts off.  I've checked all the options in the pull-down menus and they all match other characters whose C/P/D Features still wrap properly.  I've even tried re-creating the character from scratch!  Any advise?
