Hi All,

I'm currently on a D&D Insider 3-month subscription that auto renews. I want to change that to an annual subscription without getting double charged. How do I do that?

Thanks in advance for your wisdom (+4),

As I understand it, you have to stop the auto-renewal (current) subscription and start a new annual one.

But I've been wrong before.   Once.

That is also what I was told.  Your new subscription would then be added to the end of the current one, not over lap.

However, if you have questions, contacting customer support directly is your best bet.

There used to be an FAQ on this very question stickied in this forum. I wonder where it went.

Hey bendbuddy. Go ahead and sign up for another subscription at the rate/level that you want. After that, send me a PM. We'll refund you what's left of your current subscription and your new one will be your primary.
