#1 acsbooth Jan 27, 2012 14:54:18	I've tried launching the VT a dozen times now, and I always fail to get "Voice" on the menu bar; it just doesn't show up! I have the main account, and I have non-DDI friends on the VT thanks to the trial codes. They get the full menu bar, but I don't. I've tried swapping out headphones, but that doesn't make "Voice" appear. With or without headphones I can hear the dice roll, and the sound effects (swinging sword, etc.), but on the left hand side-bar, next to my name, the speaker symbol always has a red "X" through it. The other players don't have the "X", and seem to be able to talk via headset amongst themselves just fine. Does anybody else have this problem? We'd love to run sessions through the VT, but right now it means talking on a cellphone while playing! Thanks for any suggestions.
#2 mudbunny Jan 30, 2012 7:36:50	A couple of suggestions: Check your sound card drivers. Uninstall Silverlight, turn off your antivirus program, re-install Silverlight.
