Title says it all, I heard a while ago that they said that they were only allow so many uses of some of the features, such as some of the playing on line aspects. Does anyone know if this is still a feature?

There was a survery 2+ years ago asking if people would be interested in what's become DDI, and that includes examples of use-limited features.

However there's been nothing said about the DDI features to indicate they're limited by much.

The Game Table will have a limit to how long a session can run (it's not yet known how long that will be - I'm assuming 8+ hours, personally) but there's been nothing to indicate that you can't start back-to-back sessions. (The timeout appears to be a safeguard to make sure people aren't just forgetting to logout and using up resources best reserved for *active* players).

There's a limit of 100 "slots" in the character vault for storing character/NPC data. However we've also been told that you can store unlimited records to your local PC.

When you are a subscriber, you will have unlimited access to the D&D Game Table. As a subscriber, you can start a game session as a DM or play in any game session.

There will be a time limit to the length of a specific game session (likely to be 24 hours), but nothing will prevent you to start a new game session as soon as another session times out.

The time limit is mainly there to control access for non subscribers that can play into a game session using Guest Passes. Once Guest passes are available, using a Guest Pass will grant access to the user to any game session for a set amount of time (likely to be 24 hours).

So if we take an extreme example, you could use one guest pass to play in 4 different 6 hours long game sessions, provided they are all done within 24 hours.
