D&Di Character Builder lvl 1 wizard 7 at-will and 26 hp

Feb 17, 2009 21:53:56		I searched for that but i found nothing. When I build a lvl 1 human wizards, I get 7 at-will power and 26 HP (instead of 10+cons bonus, for me, +3) and the 13hp is put on my bloodied. Its a problem for my at-will power and hp?

Feb 17, 2009 22:00:27 		I'm not sure what the problem is... the base HP is now 10 + con SCORE not con MOD. So your con score is 16, you get 26 HP total.

As for the at-will powers, yes, they are your cantrips.

with 3rd after these past years...

And for at-will power, its ok, 2 at first level + cantrip (total of 4) + 1 human
