I'm having a similar problem. I just subscribed monthly to DnD insider. I can't log into Wizard account but I can log in my forum account. Why is this? I can't do the 'forgot your password?' thing either because back when I made it I was paranoid because I hated giving out my information like that. And in times liek this is tends to backfire (obviously). I always assumed that I would remember the password. Which I do most of the time. But, the passwords I'm trying to use aren't working and I've tried them multiple times. With multiple accounts names. I jsut want to know if I just wasted $10 on a subscription I can't even log into.

If I can't even log in why was I even allowed to BUY a subscribtion?  I bought a subscription and all the information that was needed what name, email, and payment info?

@Randyjr002 - Log out of all the WotC sites you have open. Close all your browsers, start them up again and log back in. That should do the trick for you

@Auzei - I would definitely try contacting WotC CS for help. For what it is worth, the little Dragon icon isn't underneath your avatar, so your payment has either not been processed (if you paid by Pay Pal, they are processed by Digital River in batches, so it may be an hour or so before it gets sent to the WotC servers) or it is, as you suggest, on a different account.

This didn't work for me. I just subscribed, and while I'm able to log into my WotC D&D account, I'm not able to access any of the subscriber-only content.

YThen I would definitely contact WOtC Customer Service (wizards.custhelp.com/) and let them know. Yo udo have the little DDI icon underneath your avatar, so you should, in theory, be able to access the subscriber content. I would try accessing it again (as it sometimes takes time for the info to be propagated across the servers) and if it still doesn't work, contact CS.
