D&DI Payment Methods

Sep 28, 2008 9:20:12 Think I recall an announcement some time back about this but can't remember details. Have we been told what payment methods will be accepted fro D&DI subscriptions.

I only use a Maestro debit card and Paypal so if these are not to be accepted then the issue of my custom will become a moot point .

Sep 28, 2008 9:48:11 i believe paypal will be fine, as they announced to give billing over to an external company... with maestro, you'll most likely be out of luck with anything outside europe...

Sep 28, 2008 11:09:59 IIRC Digital River will be used as payment partner, they appear to accept very many forms of payments, including PayPal, local currencies.

Did not realise when I changed banks how little Maestro is used outside the UK.

rest assured, it is used outside of the UK, but not really outside of central or eastern europe.
