#1 lacroix Nov 16, 2009 7:22:49	I feel like Ralph Wiggum here, but how the hell do I buy my first D&Di subscription using Paypal? I followed the steps, I chose Paypal... but they didn't give me any info on who to pay with my paypal account. Normally websites will go out of their way to make so even the adults who ate paste as kids can understand how to do something, especially when it involves handing over money. I searched the faq's, forums and couldn't find squat as well as the customer service contact page refuses to load. I have a paypal account, it has the money to cover a 1 year subscription...

I haven't done a paypal subscription for DDI yet, but from other people's tales it was a pretty straightforward process.  I'd expect that when you select "PayPal" as your payment method you *should* be taken to a PayPal gateway where you'll login and setup the rest of the transaction details. If that did not happen, I'd suggest giving it one more try - possibly with a different browswer. If that still doesn't work, I'd suggest you contact Customer Service ( www.wizards.com/customerservice ) and see if they can't help set you straight.

#4 asmodeuslore Nov 17, 2009 7:55:35	If that still doesn't work, I'd suggest you contact Customer Service ( www.wizards.com/customerservice ) and see if they can't help set you straight.  He said he tried loading customer service and it wouldn't work for him.
