D&DI Won't let me sign in

Oct 24, 2011 17:30:37		Ok so I just purchased a D&DI subscription, and it's not letting me log in. How long does it usually take for the account to activate so that I can access the tools?

Oct 24, 2011 23:05:02 		If you paid by CC, it should be nigh-on instantaneous. If you paid by PayPal, there is a delay of several hours, as they (the company that WOtC hired to process the payments) process them in batches.

1 - Log out of forums.
2 - Close all browser windows.
3 - Start up browser.
4 - Log back in.

If you haven't gotten access in 12 hours or so, then contact WOtC Customer Service. wizards.custhelp.com/
