DDI Character Builder Bug

Dec 31, 2010 7:48:10 So I finally signed up for DDI - against my better judgement - for the character builder to help out my new DM with character record-keeping. Except when creating my new Shadar-Kai avenger, at the point where I choose powers...nothing appears. So I tried exporting and loading the character, same problem. Eventually I started from scratch and once again, when I get to powers, no powers appear.

I eventually tried a different class (scout), and at the power selection 'page' all was fine - powers were listed as they should be.

I can't find where to log a 'support ticket', so I'm posting here hoping for some help.

Do you have anything in the filter set?
If you check the box that says 'show additional options' does anything appear?
