The Purpose of this report is to inform Community Management and the Brand Teams about the mood(s) of the Community on various topics. This is not to imply that Community Management does not read the forums, because they do. However they also requested that VCLs provide these reports in order to provide an outside perspective.
It is important to note that even if the Community, the News Guides and I all feel that an item is important and needs to be acted upon immediately, WotC may have different priorities. These reports are not intended to be "honey-do" lists for WotC, nor is a lack of response by WotC towards any of the topics on these reports an indication that WotC has read and dismissed (or even worse, is ignoring) the concerns of the community. It simply means that they have other items that have higher priorities, or are more urgent for WotC to deal with.
- Would it be possible, for class features like Hunter's Quarry, to have that power show up in the powers option when a compendium search is done and indicate that it is a class feature?
- The recent survey has left some people wanting space to add more details to their responses. There are threads on the WotC forums (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1186132 and ENWorld (http://www.enworld.org/forum/general-rpg-discussion/255580-new-wizards-coast-d-d-dming-survey.html) where I have asked people to give more details.
- Would it be possible, in the Character Builder, to get an option to sort the classes by Role as well?? http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1184239
- Would it be possible to have the "sell" option in the character builder work the same as the "buy" button. That is to say give the option of choosing the amount to sell (or at least make it more intuitive). http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=1186864
- With the change in the publishing date of the Compendium/Character Builder updates, does that mean that the Dungeon/Dragon issues will be included in the update immediately following the end of the month, or will they still be delayed a month?
- When are the playable races in MM2 going to be added to the Character Builder?
- Will they be RPGA legal??
